Three proposed projects, in the order I want to build experience. No completed engagements or measured outcomes are claimed.
01 / Performance improvement
Find where a service operation loses capacity.
Trace a recurring delay across multiple sites. Use operating records to locate the constraint, then test one change against the baseline.
View the performance improvement brief
Deliverable
A process map, an operating baseline, and a pilot plan with clear owners.
Evidence to collect
Time to complete a job, rework, and cost per completed job. Check whether the type of work changed before attributing gains to the pilot.
02 / Acquisition integration
Decide what to combine after a deal.
Draft a 100-day plan for two service businesses that protects customer delivery while unifying selected processes and reporting.
View the integration brief
Deliverable
A plan that states what stays local, what gets combined, and who owns each decision.
Evidence to collect
Service reliability, staff retention, and realized savings, with one-time costs tracked separately.
03 / Investment assessment
Ask if the deal works without the upside.
Test an acquisition on the cash it already generates before valuing improvements that haven’t been delivered.
View the investment brief
Deliverable
An investment memo and cash flow model with explicit financing, working capital, and reinvestment assumptions.
Decision test
Identify which assumptions could overturn the case and what evidence would change the recommendation.
02 / About
From analysis to responsibility
I’m building toward work in performance improvement and acquisition integration. I’m especially interested in infrastructure and service businesses, where a change in one part of the operation often affects several others.
Over time, I want to apply that experience to evaluating and owning businesses. The near-term priority is learning to deliver changes that teams can sustain.
